All prices are per unit, net, plus the legal value-added tax (applicable in case of domestic trade or intra-EU trade without VAT identification number), ex works Group Med GmbH & Co. KG, the usual packing included.
For non-EU countries, prices are net, ex works Group Med GmbH & Co. KG. Clearance costs and customs duties shall be borne by the buyer, wherein the customs documents shall only be prepared and issued by us. Delivery charges shall always bear the buyer, packing costs which may arise shall be charged to the buyer.
Our invoices are payable in advance or cash on delivery, strictly net cash without deduction. Concerning cross-border deliveries, we reserve the right to demand a bank guarantee or the opening of a letter of credit, payable at sight.
Exchange fees or discount fees shall be borne by the buyer and are immediately payable cash.

When it comes to default of payment, the seller has the right to discontinue the production of the goods ordered by the buyer. If the buyer is in default of payment or if his or her financial situation worsens considerably, the seller can demand cash payment in advance for all outstanding deliveries. In this case, the credit term previously approved no longer applies.

In case of changes in currency parities (e.g. US dollar, yen, Hong Kong dollar, SFR, etc.) or changing tariff rates or tariff preferences, we reserve the right to modify our prices prior to the delivery of the goods ordered.
