If no exact and binding delivery date has been agreed, delivery shall take place at the earliest possible date. Any delivery period quoted is an estimate only according to the best of our knowledge and shall not be binding. We are only bound to those delivery dates that we have expressly confirmed with the addition "at the latest" or "fixed". When it comes to larger amounts, partial deliveries are permitted.
Force Majeure, official measures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control or the control of our suppliers whose materials we require for our products entitle us to reduce the amount of the ordered goods or to terminate the contract without being liable for damages or being obliged to deliver the ordered goods later.
